Wizzard News: Welcome to Wizzard Sound news page! Here we will try and keep you up to date on whats happening with us! We have said goodbye to some old friends and welcomed some new ones. Exciting news! I believe we have one of the best staffs we have ever had! Here at Wizzard Sound we are continuing to invest in the company even in the down-turned economy. We have purchased lots of new gear On the audio front: We have added a new Digidesign Mixer to our console inventory, new wireless UHFr's from Shure and a brand new Stage from Staging Dimensions, complete with rolling risers. Consoles from Midas, a new Line Array from McCauley, many new amps from Crown, new signal processing from XTA, with a wireless tablet. We have built many new cases! So it all looks great, and its packaged more efficiently meaning less truck space and fewer trucks. The monitor rig has also had a complete overhaul. We went to the New Crown XTI 6000 amps with tons of headroom... All USB connected. They are monitored with a laptop for all functions The new monitor rig is 50k of power! On the lighting front: We have built new dimmer's from Leprecon. New Pre Rig truss from James Thomas. New Strobes from Martin. All new Soco looms. New chain hoists from Loadstar.
